Cheeses
The whole family — fresh, semi-hard, aged. Made from our herd's milk in the dairy across the yard.
Jams & CHUTNEYS
Slow-cooked in small ceramic pots. Fig, mulberry, tomato, whatever the garden gives us this month.
Vinegars & Oils
Aged vinegars and cold-pressed oils, bottled by hand. Good with everything, essential with cheese.
KaraMEeeel
Our goat-milk caramel. Deep, rich, spoonable. Warning: the jar disappears quickly.

Walk in, pick your cheeses and cured meats, add bread and a bottle of something local. We wrap it in a wooden picnic basket and point you at the best patch of grass.

A short drive from Pula, tucked into the Istrian countryside overlooking Mutvoran. Park under the oak trees, follow the signs, and push open the green door.
