The Experience
What to expect
A guided walk through Kumparička, an Istrian goat farm working the old way. You'll follow a farmer through the gardens, farm and stables, meet the milking herd up close, and hear how the land and the animals shape everything we do — from grazing rotations to the milk heading to the dairy.
From there you'll step into the cheese dairy where every wheel begins, and finish with a tasting snack and sip in the farm shop. It's a calm, unhurried hour, an honest look at a small working farm and the story behind the cheese.
