Hidden in the heart of the green Istrian countryside, our family-run organic farm is founded on the principles of clean, good and fair food production. We are passionate about sustainable farming and producing the highest quality artisan cheese that has gained recognition both locally and internationally.

We are committed to providing our animals with the best life, to ensure they are happy and healthy in a natural environment. From grazing in our lush pastures to producing milk for our exquisite cheeses, our goats help build the core system of our farm and the reason why we are here today.

Our cheese combines all the best qualities of our soil. It is organic, seasonal and local product, produced with sustainable methods. Just like the landscape it changes through the seasons. In exchange for wide organic pastures in the heart of green Istria our goats provide us with the best Istrian milk, every drop of which contains the rich essence of Istria.
